Q: Wanting the anti glare for use on car trips, how is this for viewing movies?

I use in car and it’s fine. It is definitely anti glare, but one thing I don’t like about it is that it makes noise when you rub it…just like paper. Possibly annoying to anyone around.

Q: is it actually anti blue light?

No. It just like write on paper. Reduced a lot of reflection.No dizziness

Q: Should I put tempered glass under or over it? Or it doesn't require tempered? How it will protect screen through breakage screen.

Do you have a screen protector on now? Is the phone's glass screen cracked? If so put the tempered glass on top of both the protector and glass screen. Hope this helps.
