Q: I’ve got an lg tv. does the volume on the tv and the sound bar become one abs the same? for example, does the volume graphic come up on the tv?

Yes, the volume graphic does come up on the tv screen, and the tv remote will operate the sound bar's volume.

Q: Can i get dolby atmos if i connect a pc (dolby atmos ready) to the hdmi in?

Only if the hdmi on your PC supports hdmi-arc (audio return channel)

Q: How good is the base on this been as there is no subwoofer, will it make me want a subwoofer?

Not sure about the sub-woofer as it really depends on individual requirements. I have the sound bar mounted on wooden sideboard and I have wooden floors so you can "feel" the bass to a certain extent. To me it is adequate but it isn't as good as the sub-woofer on my other sound system. Personally I was more concerned with the lack of rear speakers. I bought the LG recommended Wireless Rear Speaker Kit shortly after getting the sound bar. Much better with the full surround sound.
