Arrived scratched on the back.
Item arrived with a 1 inch scratch on the back. It's on the back, so won't return, but not ideal for a sports card holder to be scratched.

No protective film, came scratched.
Put scratch on back of card, so ultimately not a big deal - but all other one-touch I've bought have protective film over case.
