This is one of the most effective vitamin B complexes I have ever had. I feel more energetic and happier than I was feeling for a long time. The fact that it is a methylated vitamin B, means it is more superior than the others. Makes your wee turn yellow, but that is just the vitamin. I was definitely value for money, and I will be buying again. The vitamin size was small, and sleep has improved so much, that I cannot believe.

The price at the time of purchase made it seem great value, although 60 tablets is 30 days worth and why not say ‘months-supply’, rather than 60 tablets? Also, if they’re sustained release then why 2 separate doses throughout the day, all other SR Vitamins/Medications I take that are pharmaceutical grade are all one per day, so they are probably just instant-release, twice a day. That’s really all the negative out of the way, and i’d happily be disproven, it’s just honesty and transparency is important from a seller of things you put inside of you. The methylated-nature of these B-Vitamins, means: they can be absorbed more easily, although methylation has a host of other roles, specific to each vitamin. Vitamin C, does not need to be methylated as it’s readily absorbed on its own by the body, and would potentially do damage. B9 -Folate- when methylated - can directly start its role of using the methyl group (which is just: 3 Hydrogens and a Carbon atom in the centre) - to repair DNA etc. its also essential for those with a condition where they can’t naturally make folic acid into methyl folate. You can do your own research, but the quality of this vitamin B-Complex is very high. As it is also highly-dosed, you mustn’t take more than the 2 recommended. The taste is awful like all B-Complexes (as it should be), and the pills are of a size where they can be swallowed easily with a glass of water. No specific benefits after one month except faster healing of mild cuts, probably due do the biotin. Generally a good idea to take B-vitamins, so may as well get ones that are good value and high quality?

I originally discovered the great powers of B Vitamins whilst trying to find natural remedies for female hormone balance. This also has a big impact on fertility for those who are reproducing. Also if your hormones are in balance it does help reduce risks of certain hormone related illnesses and diseases. I also found B Vitamins are fantastic for a whole host of health beneifts a quick google will show you that. I started on a high street brand as I did not do enough research and although they helped a little I realised that certain synthetic form of B Vitamins can cause more trouble than theyre worth. This brand as I really really researched lots of B Vitamins has the BEST forms of the vitamins that actually benefit your health so I stopped taking the others and ordered these. Immediately I felt lots more energy and take only one a day just to make them last a little longer really, you can take two if you prefer but I have found great benefits with just one a day. I take mine in the morning. My results- Skin has really cleared up I had the odd adult spot which I have no more, I put this down to the Biotin. Monthly cycle absolutely bang on, and everything in that department much easier to handle which to me is pretty amazing. Energy wise do not feel energy dips and feel like I can fit a lot more in to my day which is a bonus. Pain... I read that B Vitaims can assist with your pain threshold, well my period pain is a lot less and I suffer from knee pain which feels a lot more under control too. I could go on about these but in a nutshell whoever made this formulation actually thought about it and made sure they were the best froms of the vitamins possible and made sure that the ratios of each element are all balanced correctly to give you the greatest benefit. The tablets are also really small, smooth and very easy to take. They also don't stink like so many other B Vitamins. Very happy... if you use B Vitamins these are the best I have found.

Not sure what has happened but the formula has changed since my last bottle to a new one. Makes me worried what have they done to it as there was nothing wrong with them before have they made they cheaper etc. The smell is completely gone also they look fake compared to before they use to have these little brown specs on them now that has gone Not sure I want to buy them anymore I will see how I feel in a few weeks but will probably now end up buying somewhere else.
