Q: Interesting this says it's 230 thread count but pacific coast's site says 300 count. does amazon get different pillows to sell?

My pillow, which I received in Dec 2014, says 300 thread count. Perhaps Amazon is using an outdated description.

I believe it would be a good pillow to use if you have neck and shoulder pain and sleep on your side. The pillow is firm and supportive enough to keep your neck in a comfortable position. It is also flexible enough to shape to conform to individual preferences.

Q: So is it made in the usa or in china?

So it's filled in the USA with imported materials? What's the difference that's still made with imported China filling, right?

Q: how long do they stay pliable? i used 1 all last summer...my fav, but now it seems to have gone "hard" no matter how much i try to plump it up.

Mine is still very soft after 22 months. I recently washed and dried mine on normal cycles and it came out beautifully, just a tiny bit damp which dried in a day. You might try tumbling it to fluff it up.
