Q: How many paints comes with this ? All it says is “one set” but how many are included in one set?

My set came with 36 colors but I wonder if it depends on the needs of the painting. Most paint by number sets (premade pictures) have about 24 colors.

I've had as few as 20 colors and as many as 33 in the sets I've received for photos I've submitted. I've been very impressed with the way VATO has put together the color combinations. I've done 3 so far and particularly from a distance it's difficult to tell that the paint by number projects aren't the actual photos.

Q: If the photo quality is not good enough will i be notified?

I dont know. When I first got into customizing my own pics, I used a few companies. One did e mail and say they couldnt use the pic I chose. So I added a few in the e mail and told them to pic the best one and surprise me. So they did. But Im not sure what company it was. I did find that Vato's pics look like the pic you sent and colors are pretty good. Lately I have been finding faces and skin is a bit too dark. E mail them. Usually they want clear, bright pics without a busy backround
