This cinnamon oil is great! Smells wonderful and tastes delicious. Very strong flavor and I don't need much to flavor frosting, cookies, or candies.

High quality anise. The cookies made with this were absolutely delicious. The bottle is big enough to di nany batches. Product freezes in colder temps but tgat happens with high quality anise oil. Sometimes it needs to be defrosted before use. My house is old and drafty so it might not do that in normal room temperature conditions. The value for the quality was good as well. Best anise for sure.

Excellent product. I purchased this to add to my biscotti and it did not disappoint. 1/2 teaspoon gives my biscotti an amazing flavor. It’s a very concentrated oil, a little goes a long way. I will definitely purchase this again.

Worked well for toothpicks. However, bottle arrived damaged and leaking. The plastic lid was broken. Luckily they had it wrapped in plastic.

Being from Louisiana, Zatarains root beer has always been a part of my life and now my grandson loves it as much as I do. I bought as much as I could when I realized it was being discontinued. I’ve been on a mission to find something that might come close. The search is ended! This extract is as close to Zatarains as you could get! The only difference is the color is more like tea than the dark color of Zatarains. I can live with that! I tried to find a recipe but wasn’t successful so here is what I did on my first attempt. You may have to adjust to your taste. It is super concentrated. You don’t want to use too much. I used 1/8 teaspoon root beer, 1 cup sugar to 1 quart of water. I did increase the root beer by a drop or two. If it tastes off, you have used too much.If you are looking for a replacement, you’ve found it!

This concentrate has great flavor and reduces the amount I need to use saving me money.

Doesn’t come sealed so it leaked all inside the plastic it came in. Also doesn’t come with a dropper so hard to measure and pour.
