I have super oily skin and often forget to wash my makeup off, so I keep this micellar water next to my bedside table with some cotton rounds to make sure I take my makeup off at night. I'm in college and especially after a night out, the last thing I want to do is wash my face, so using this feels like such a life hack to clear skin. It does a great job removing all of my makeup compared to some wipes I've tried that just rub the makeup around and leave mascara under my eyes. I'm very sensitive to residue or stickiness on my face so I was thrilled to realize that this micellar water really feels like just water and leaves no residue. It's cooling and soothing to use. It doesn't sting my eyes at all when I accidentally get some in. It has a slight scent but it isn't overwhelming and it smells pleasant. The lid closes very securely so it's great to throw in my bag when going to the gym or for travel. I've tried a few different micellar waters, and this one from Garnier is the best quality I've found for the lowest price point! I'd definitely buy this again and recommend it to other lazy girls or anyone with oily skin.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product has practically saved hours of my time that I used to waste removing my makeup. Not only does it feel refreshing post-usage, but it is very effective with removing both foundation, concealer, and mascara. It doesn’t feel harsh at all while using it, and it honestly feels nice instead of painstaking and exhausting to take off my makeup when I use this product. Also, it can be a substitute for a cleanser, and it feels refreshing on my pores when I use it. Regarding leakage, I’ve traveled with it multiple times overseas and I haven’t had any incidents or problems with it. The item is of great quality and it’s the first step of my skin routine because of its effectiveness.

I love this garnier micellar cleansing water. My skin is sensitive so I have to be careful what I put on it. I place it on a makeup remove towel and use it to wipe my makeup away. It does not irritate or dry my skin after I wipe away my makeup. It is very effective and and of good quality. If you are someone who uses makeup everyday, I would recommended getting bigger size for the value, but if you only wear it 2 times a week, then it is okay to get the smaller size

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This stuff is my go to. It's a good price with good ingredients and it gently takes all my makeup off. Just make sure to hold it in place and not rub it. It won't take makeup off as well with rubbing which is a common mistake. This is the best solution for your skin and the environment too if you get reuseable makeup pads.

I decided to try this brand as I work in the performing arts and have seen bottles of L’Oréal micellar water all around the dressing rooms. Having previously used micellar water by Chanel, I had fairly high expectations. This didn’t quite meet them. I find the formulation less effective than expected at removing the simplest eye makeup, and my eyes feel a bit irritated after use. The fragrance is mild - which I appreciate - and there’s good value for the money in terms of product size - but it doesn’t remove makeup as easily as my previous brand. Most importantly, I have to rub my eyes to remove eye makeup, rather than gently pat.

This product is perfect for removing makeup and gunk from your skin. I use this product even even I don’t where makeup and it removes dirt that face wash can’t get, overall I would recommend this product. This product is save for all ages.
