Only received the reel the screen and case was not in the box over two weeks later still no refund, of over $1K sound good? My first review was flagged, does that deny me of my first amendment right?

I bought this camera because it has a thin cable and my other forbest camera has 9mm cable and doesn't turn sometimes This one is okay for the price,it annoying that it doesn't have self level but it does the job,also it was made for small jobs,i pushed it up to 50ft but the line was good so i didn't have a hard time pushing it,i did have an issue with the screen but they fixed it for free The good thing is that they sell replacement parts so you can always repair/replace broken things

It does not work for us, my underground worker say it's not reading as they wanted it to. Please send me a return ticket so I can get a refund. Please respond to my emails.

After some use the line kinked and broke inside then it would not function. They have a thicker model line which I ordered. Other then that I do like it.

Too flimsy not built with your abilityWire broke on the monitor head and tried to pull it out to stand on 6 foot tall door not want to be bending over

Lightly used, just stopped working... Won't turn on. Pretty lame considering the price.
