Our tonic concentrates (Original, Spiced, Citrus, and Extra Bitter) are entirely hand-crafted in small batches in the Eugene/Springfield area of Oregon. Use with your favorite spirits (or not) along with club soda to provide fizz and dilution. We use only all-natural, all-organic ingredients. We extract quinine by steeping the cinchona bark. To counter the bitterness of quinine we add agave nectar -- but not so much it becomes overly sweet. Blends of aromatic herbs and spices are added to provide distinctive flavor profiles. Our Citrus tonic uses cold-pressed citrus oils and organic zests. To us the sign of a great Gin and Tonic (or Vodka, or ???) is the reddish-brown coloring from using real cinchona bark. Tonic concentrates made from steeping cinchona bark will never be clear like tonics made from synthetic or chemically extracted quinine. Enjoy life, one sip at a time.
