Better Than the Original
This remote is better quality than the factory original and WAY cheaper. They want over 200 for a replacement where this is less than 50. This is one of the easiest choices by comparison ever. Note, you have to have a locksmith program it and cut the key which will probably run you 100-150 (was 120 for me) but you'd have to do that with a factory replacement too.

Key Worked Fine - Intelligent Key & Remote Would Not Program
I had to replace the engine computer in a customer's 2012 Nissan Sentra. I told her I needed all her keys so I could program them into the new computer. She said that the key that she left me when she dropped off the car was the only key she had. I offered the opportunity to get some more keys & she jumped at the idea.I ordered this key based on the part # of her current intelligent key. It has good reviews & it said it was compatible with her system. When I received the key I took it over to my local hardware store to have it cut. I programmed the original key, the new key & the original intelligent key fob without issue. When I attempted to program the new fob, I just kept getting errors.I know that this fob is doing something when I push the button to program. When I program the original fob, my scanner immediately says "programming successful". When I attempt to program this new fob, I get the error "programming not possible". I don't get the error until I push the button on the new fob, in an attempt to program it. So my programmer is seeing the new fob, but doesn't like what it does when I push the button. I also tried a new battery in the new fob with no improvement.I ended up just giving my customer the new physical key & just tossed the new fob in the trash. At this point, It wasn't worth trying to return. I had already spent several hours on it & it was better just to cut my losses. I didn't charge her anything for the new key.She was happy to have her car back & a backup key to use in an emergency. The physical key works great. The fob, not so much. Just my experience.Proceed with caution...

Works for 2012 Sentra with the Intelligent Smart Key (Proximity) with Turn Start
I'll try to be as descriptive as I cam to help others in a similar situation.I have a 2012 Nissan Sentra that came with only one of the intelligent smart keys, sometimes referred to as a proximity remote key. Specifically, there's a key fob part with 4 buttons as well as a physical 'blade' key with a chip in it. My vehicle is one of those where the key doesn't have to be in the ignition, but I do need to 'push in and turn'.Interestingly, Amazon's car compatibility tool says that the model 735 does NOT work for my vehicle, but after a few online searches to confirm the OEM part number, I was satisfied with my decision. As others have noted, it is almost near impossible for a consumer to program this key by themselves; instead, going to your dealer or a skilled locksmith is going to be your best bet. I did the latter, who charged me $100 to program the fob and $10 to cut the blade. Your individual results in terms of pricing may vary, but I figure that at a minimum, I saved at least $100 over what it would have cost to go to a Nissan dealer. After programming, the key works flawlessly.

Worked perfect
Bought this for my sons car. It came on time with the key. I was surprised because another customer had mentioned that you only got the fob. Not so. The key didn’t work but the locksmith adjusted it to fi my sons car so he has an extra key. He programmed the fob with no problem!

It works good. The only way to make it work is ...
They sent me the key but the key says another model number that i need. I called them and they said that the chips are correct. The only mistake was. In the written number of the part. It works good. The only way to make it work is going to a locksmith to program it. They charge to me. 40 $ for cut it and programming. It doesnt look like the original one but it works perfect. I recomend it to a nissan sentra 2012 with keyless.

Read the description. The pic shows a key AND key fob. The description is only for a key fob. I didn’t see it, so I’ll have to return this and get one that actually comes with a key. I’ll review again when I have them both here and programmed.
