I keep it in my pocket to keep my sheet rock blades sharp. No need to replace blades when dull. One minute of using the stone you are back to work. Money saved. Fits in pocket, light weight. Has belt loop, if needed.

Seems to work fine (with water) for sharpening small knife blades. A bit smaller than expected and thus difficult to hold while sharpening, but quite effective. Good price.

Exactement ce que j attendais, leger compact et pratique en voyage. Un peu petit pour les grand couteaux mais la la pochette de transport permet de tennir la pierre juste au bout avec une bonne saisie et gagner en confort. J ai put affuter mon skrama avec sa lame de 24 cm sans soucis et test sur differents couteaux de toutes tailles. Une nuance toutefois mes tests etaient sur des couteaux deja aiguiser ou j ai fait quelques coupes a voir l efficacitee apres de vraies coupes de bois et batonnages intensifs si la reprise du fil est effectivement la. Ca sera toujours moins bon qu avec une vraie pierre c est certains mais a voir si j obtiens des resultats corrects avec une solution compacte et legere de voyage (ce qui est le but rechercher ) en ultra leger. C est pourquoi je ne met que trois etoiles en attendant une experience et des test plus profond.

Wenn man oft Messer mit mehr als 15cm Klingenlänge dabei hat sollte man evtl. ein größeres Modell suchen. Das Matrix Material scheint Edelstahl oder Kobaltstahl zu sein. Fühlt sich schwer und solide an. Tip für Diamant Neulinge: Nur ganz leichten Druck ausüben. Sonst kann es passieren dass die Diamanten rausgerissen werden.

I play in axe-throwing leagues, and this is the perfect little sharpener to keep on my belt for those quick edge fixes! Mostly when you hit a nail or a hard knot! It works VERY well! with 2 grits and also has a hood sharpener, which I haven't tried as I don't fish.
