I did send back because the bill was to big for my liking, but I really liked the hat.

I was thinking it was stiffer
Its got a big brim and a big band, the brim is bent and the band is loose. I am trying to fix the brim, but it goes right back. I will try and wet it and see. I know it said you can bend it but they don't tell how to unbend it. For the money I expected better.
