The day that this arrived, NJ imposed fire restrictions, because of the drought, so we only used it as a table for several months (with the beautiful copper-colored lid, bought separately). We finally got to use it for fires in the fall. The pellets that come with it stink of petroleum, so we use regular wood cut in small pieces, such as I use for kindling in my indoor fireplace. It is smoky at first, but settles into a pretty fire and puts out a lot of heat

Purchased for my husband. He enjoys it. Good quality and looks nice. We recommend buying the spark screen to go with it. It’s actually smokeless—once it gets up to temperature—which is why I chose it. He loves fire, I hate smoke 😉 Now we can enjoy a fire together!

Absolutely love this fire pit. It is everything I had hoped it would be and this size and radius of the heat is perfect for groups! Beautiful too!!! Works with both pellet and wood fires!

This was an end of season purchase so I have only had one opportunity to fire it up. Assembly was minimal and easy - just three screws and an installation tool included (Allen wrench.) I used a TIKI Fire Starter pack and added some plumbing tree branches that I cut to size. It easily made a good fire and I'm looking forward to using it again when the weather cools later this year.

My kit did not include the firestarter bag of sawdust that is pictured in the Amazon description, only a coupon for a discount on a larger order of the bags. Firepit was easy to assemble and looks good.Disappointing chat response when I contacted the company: Looks like you can replace your item or return it for a full refund.Just so you know, our associates cannot replace a missing part or piece from an item.

This is a very nice smokeless fire pit. The instructions were pretty easy to follow but I did watcha YouTube video also. This thing puts out a good bit of heat. The only thing I don't like as much is that the outside also gets super hot to the touch.

Tiki has great customer support at Tiki! We bought this on Prime Day but opened our package well after the return period (more than a year). There was a part missing and we were too late to received help from Amazon, so we reached out to Tiki support. Easy to use, easy to clean. Radiates heat to a nice distance around itself, so you don't have to sit super close. My family and friends love coming over to gather around this firepit! It really is smokeless as a smokeless firepit can get.
