I got this product for free to review.I did not get a chance to use it until last few weeks.I used this for my tablet and my phone. (If you are curious about my tablet and phone brand: Samsung S7+ Tablet and Oneplus 6T Phone.)The sound quality is good it did not downgrade. I used it for headphones and speakers.For Regular Consumer, this is perfect for its value and usage.I used this cable purely for listening to music and nothing else.Lastly, the build quality is definitely sturdy, but I wish the input and output could have been small in girth.I do recommend this product if you need a decent connection from USB Type C to 3.5mm headphone Jack.

The adapter works well when used with wall-plugged charger. One small problem is that when used in a car while not listening to anything, the speaker makes a buzzing sound which disappears if I unplug the cable from the car USB. The seller reached out, attempted to help, and even sent a second adapter to try out. Although it did not solve the problem, I am very happy to recommend this product as it otherwise seems high-quality and the seller is very helpful (they even let me keep the replacement adapter for free).

This is actually what I needed. Now that Samsung decided to to copy Apple and took out the earphone connection on there phones I'm forced to go with wireless head phones instead of having the option to choose. Yes they have dongles that connect to wired head phones but not able to charge your phone while using. I love that this product gives you the option to do both so that is a big plus if you ask me. I really recommend this product you won't be disappointed.

Any small bump would upset connection and freeze video. Within an hour could no longer use power. Audio made it another hour. Would show connected and block audio from internal speakers but no audio through Jack. DO NOT BUY.

With Samsung no longer having a port for headphones this little baby does the trick. Small, lightweight and of good design.My headphones sounded great, no sound reduction or loss of integrity for music.When testing out the phone using this to plug in my headphones, I was actually disconnected 3 times while on a call. Maybe if it was done in gold for a better connection. If using this for calls find a good connection and don't fiddle with it during calls.Overall, I wanted this to listen to music. For that it's 5 star.For phone use i give it a 3 star. So average score is 4 stars.

You get what you pay for. I originally purchased a cheaper version of the same item and it only lasted about 4 months before the sound started going out and cracking. I have had zero issues with this item so far, and the connection is much tighter. Great product for only a couple dollars more.

No issues. Exactly what I was looking for. Able charge my phone and play music at the same time in my car. Been missing this ability since I got my new phone with no headphone jack. Very happy to play my music via my phone on long road trips again.

I got this adapter because my Samsung S20 had a USB-C connection but my nice headphones are still 3.5mm. I was skeptical that I could get the high quality sound with an adapter but this has been a great buy. Sounds quality is excellent and the adapter is built to last.
