I absolutely love these. So fun and easy to use.

The exercise bands are exactly what I ordered - the bans are identified starting with X-Tra Light - Light and moving on to more challenging strengths.These bands provide good quality for the price!

This package was missing the extra light band.

Only received 4 bands, not the 5 it advertised. Not worth the time to return. The bands seem sturdy enough.
