Yes, it does. However, my cell service provider does not allow it.

Q: Is this 32 or 64 bit OS?

I'm an android developer and own both models. The Pro version is 64-bit. The non-Pro is 32-bit. While the chipsets are the same, they are configured differently, with the Pro supporting the 64-bit architecture arm64-v8a, but the non-Pro only supporting the 32-bit armeabi-v7a. This can be seen with any CPU checker app, like AIDA64. The non-Pro also shows one core disabled in DevCheck app (but does not in other CPU checkers, including AIDA64, possibly because of how they check). In benchmarks, the Pro model is a good 25% faster. This is NOT due to the RAM being higher, but to the CPU, and likely one being disabled in the non-Pro.
