Not had one of these before, for the money I wasn't expecting much but it's sturdy, very simple to use and forces a bit of variety into your routine. Handles hold well in the holes and I feel happy enough using it without fear of the collapsing.

Bought this for my brouther， while the gyms are shut. He loves it. So many different ways to use it for different parts of the body. Hes thrilled. Good price. Easy to use. Own bag to keep it in.

Good idea, well made, the moulding is a bit strange though, the handles are fused across the top leaving a line which is uncomfortable to the hand when you are gripping. Fine with gloves though

I am writing about a amazing homework-out tool. If you use it more consistently your soft upper body will develop into a perfect shape. I do anywhere from 50 to 100 push ups daily, this is the best device I've ever used for push ups, better than perfect push up in all ways except portability.I does feel safe or stable. This device increases stability and allows you to focus on form.I'm 6'1" and about 90 kg. I feel stable on this thing and it doesn't show any signs of cracking from the stress. I'm not gentle with my equipments, and this device will last me many years, for sure lol!The handle aren't super soft foam like some reviewers would prefer, but to me they are comfortable.Remember, the push up board isn't just for building chest. But for the whole upper body!
