Great WFH solution
Well built, quality material. Only negative would be the screws/bolts were poor quality and no spares incase one loses its threads.

Nice quality frame
Overall I'm pleased with this frame. It's sturdy and attractive. I'm glad I bought it as it's helped with neck and back ache.The only issue I had was the motor didn't work. They did send me a replacement motor which took about a week from when I sent the request for support. The instructions for assembling were clear but no instructions were sent on how to replace the motor. I was able to work it out but it was a bit fiddly. To be fair to the company I didn't ask for instructions when the motor was sent without them. They did respond to emails so I do believe they would have provided support with this also if requested.
