I alway read the reviews on the supplements and always think the products test probably alway have to write a good review cus they got the product for free. But that is not the case with me. I was asked to trial the product.The delivery was fast and the pills are in a medium sized so it's easy to swallow. Ever probably had a few days that I forgot to take it or remembered just before I was going to eat as u have to wait 30 mins before u eat. In all I've lost inches and some weight but it doesn't always matter what the scales say if people started to notice ur thinner. As well has taking the supplements I tryed to eat healthy and drinking up to 3 litres of water a day with is a big ask. In lockdown with nothing to do but eat. I also tryed to do at lest 30min of exercise a day.I've very happy with my results and I hope if ur reading this review it can help u to.

I have Taken them 30 minutes before my meals twice a day and found I have ate less and not had to snack between meals which is unusual for me. Appear to be doing what they are intended for

Taken as directed really keep u fuller for longer.... Lost 5lb in total really pleased with the results

I had ordered these last Thursday and received them on the Friday, super fast delivery 👍Today Mon 30/11 I have started the AppiSlim tablets weighing 19st 7lb, I'm really excited to see them in action, I will be adding an additional review in a few days.I was delighted to see that these tablets are no bigger than a paracetamol.Ok truthfully my first week of taking these tablets wasn't a success, it taken a few days to feel the fullness effect and when I came to weigh myself I had actually put on 2lb 😥 however, when I received the capsules there was a card to try another product and this was the AppiSlim powder. So I had received this and tried the combination of the capsules and shake. The results was fantastic and I lost 5lb in 5 days 🥰👍😁 I was so happy and will continue to use these both. The powder shake is really pleasant I made mine with 150ml water it was nice and chocolatey I had this for breakfast each day.So if you are planning on trying this product I definitely opt for the combination of the capsules and shake.

It did not work for me, I did not eat less. I wished, it would curb my apetite, so I could quit sugar, but these tablets did not make any difference for me.

I took two with my breakfast and another two half an hour before lunch. Definitely curbed my appetite. I found I wasn’t snacking like I normally am in between meals. As I was asked to test these I thought I would be asked to leave a good review, however I was just asked to leave an honest review so I have. Would recommend.

I can't normally take anything like this as suffer with side effects from caffeine. These however have been fantastic so far. After 4 days I have no side effects, the cravings have stopped and I am content to just have normal small meals. I havnt weighed yet but if I dont lose weight on these IL be shocked. I feel excited that I'm in control of my diet finally after trying calories counting, slimming world etc. I'm just now able to have three meals and eat healthy without snacking in-between. I dont normally leave reviews but had to let people know this is a good product.

If you are gluten intollerant and have other food issues they might irritate. They do work as an appetite suppressant but caffeine dosage is not indicated. Might cause sleep issues
