Q: If both usb-a ports and the single usb-c port were used same time, is output 15w 15w 45w respectively? Or will it lower since all used simultaneously?

The USB-C port can output 45W at most, while the output of the two USB-A ports is 15W max in total.

Q: Any chance that a 60watt version of this will come out?

Maybe not for this model but they are coming out with new models with more power.

Q: Why am i only getting 15 watt on the usb c port with an s22 ultra with a 100 watt rated caeble?

Don’t forget that all devices will only charge at the maximum rate their handshake process negotiates when you plug them in. The chipset determines the maximum charge rate so as to avoid damaging the device, not the type of cable. If the charger doesn’t recognize the device being plugged in, it will use a default charge rate lower than you may be expecting.
