Does it safe to use on oven? what's the highest and lowest temp it can bear?

Very safe to use in the oven. I only make ice in mine but, I bake the molds (empty) every once in a while. Silicone absorbs freezer smells and will STINK after a while.

Will it be a good gift for father's day?

i can't seem to get the ball Ice Cube to be completely circled why do they always come out half?

Make sure the top and bottom of the tray are secured right before filling them, and then fill them completely.
