It’s finished on both sides. Color as described I got charcoal gray.

No, these curtains are not good for suppressing sound.

If you are talking about the length, I don't know how you would adjust it. You don't want to cut it. And as far as width goes, you open and close the curtain, so again, I don't know what you mean about adjusting the measurement. ???

Depends on how strong of tension rod you have. The curtain is rather heavy as far as curtains are concerned. Doesn't hurt to try. Worst case, you just return everything.
