OXO Good Grips Etched Ginger & Garlic Grater, Green, One Size

I bought this zester and channel knife mostly for the channel knife element. I find that this is sharp and precise enough to cut long strips of zest from a lemon or orange which I use in garnishing cocktails. These can be curled to give the desired decorative effect. The zester part creates very fine strips of zest quite quickly.As with other products in this range, the handle is chunky and rubber and accordingly easy to grip in larger hands.It is easy to keep clean and a generally good quality product. It is well made and at a good price.

The removable zester makes it easier to get all of the bits out of it and the other sides when washing up (my being able to reach all the places easily after removing one side of the grater) which can be hard to clean off in other graters. Is a very sharp grater which makes it easy to use, I did cut myself on it once which I would not even think is possible to do on most sides of other graters so probably best to caution people of this. The flatter design also makes it easier to clean (especially with the usual design of the smallest size being less spikey) and the container is also very useful to contain what I am grating and store anything I don't end up using. It is also very study and I think will last a very long time.

This is simply the best ever for grating garlic. Neat and well made it's a must buy if you use garlic regularly. Well designed, the cover doubles as handy tool to spoon the grated garlic from the grater into the pan. As you'd expect from this range, handle works v well

A good piece of essential kitchen equipment, by a reputable make.I am very satisfied with this grater.The catching box you can attach to the end is useful for some tasks.All the items I have grated : 5/5. results.

The grater is pretty good quality and meets my expectations nicely. It grates really well and can go straight in the dishwasher, which is a bonus. Just be careful when using it—those blades are sharp and could easily cut you if you’re not paying attention.The box at the bottom fits perfectly onto the grater, which is handy. However, I didn’t find it that useful while actually grating. It’s better for storing any leftover grated food, so it’s got its perks.Overall, it’s a solid kitchen tool. It does what it’s supposed to do. Definitely a good choice!

No bending, No scraping of knuckles, No bending of the metal.Love all Oxo products, but you get what you pay for.- Oxo have gone from being reasonably priced to Barbantia (without the 10 year guarantee). Love the product - and will be exceptionally disappointed if it doesn't last.I personally currently love the product.

Very sharp single direction sides make grating easy and reduce risk of cutting yourself , rubber stops it slipping whilst in use, the included container stores inside the grater as does the zester. cleans easily.

Good price for a well made grater, having the base with a lid to store grated cheese is a great idea.
