Q: These or the indy evo ?? I cannot for the sake of it make a decision as theres so much mixed reviews on the pair ..

Both pairs are easily damaged. The slightest knock to the charge box or earpieces and they stopped working for me. Both sets. Evo had a better sound when they were working.

Q: Can you put them into the case without them charging again? When used for a short time it can’t be good to keep charging them again

No they are designed to be charged each time they are put back in. Obviously if the battery that charges them runs out then they won't charge when put back in the case until you plug it in

Q: Will these transmit my cycling app instructions from my phone

If it will play on your phone it will play on these. Only issue I have is they are connected to my iPad so I have to either turn off my iPad or ‘forget’ this device in Bluetooth setting before connecting to my phone. Range is really good too. I walk all over my house leaving my phone on the armchair and it never drops connection.

Q: One ear bud is working (right one) the left one is working but isn’t connecting. Plz help

Make sure you have no other piece of equipment paired if you do disconnect and try pairing again.
