Q: Need a whole filter replacement but cant find it anywhere. Do you sell these?

We unfortunately do not have a whole filter replacement in stock.

Q: How do you make your filter last the four weeks? Having to change it almost every week. Reduced the feeding, lot of small fish in tank

Rinse filter under running water squeeze or Pat dry and replace

Q: Is this an acceptable replacement for the Imagitarium Type C filter?

These filters are designed specifically for Koller Products and Hawkeye Aquariums with Power Filters. Thank you.

Q: I ordered the wrong size. I ordered small but need xsmall. Can i just use the small size with 2 inches sticking out of the top of pump?

Thank you for your question. We are sorry to hear you ordered the wrong size. You can return the cartridges to Amazon and exchange them for the correct ones. The larger cartridge will extend above the filter cartridge holder which can cause moisture to dribble off of the filter.
