GaryWear Active Brief, Medium, Gray

These are excellent pull up protective underwear pants to wear over Depends or other disposable diaper for men. The fabric is unlike anything else I've seen to keep the moisture inside the Brief overnight. There are occasional leaks when the Depends is left too long between changes but that is no fault of the GaryWear Brief. These pants are very well designed and manufactured.

Product seems made well. Fit well in the thighs and waist. It was baggy in the hips however. My first cover but from what I read they are supposed to fit a bit more snug. I measured twice and according to the chart I should be a medium. I tried this with a Abri-Flex M3 and a Wellness Underwear sample. More than ample room. Too much extra room actually. I tried to push it to the limit as this is a non returnable item. Wet myself three times in the Wellness brand. It failed but the Garywear kept everything intact. I am going to give this a 4 star rating for now. It did it’s job.

Bought this same product in black, same size. Black fit perfect and very comfortable. These gray were a waste of money. Not the same fit, they are much tighter in the waist and around the leg where it matters most.

Horrible. Legs are too loose. Leaks just as disposable diapers do. At this price I expected much more. Crappy product to put it nicely. Do not order! Horrible 26.00 for what looks like a five dollar product? Never again!

These are great diaper covers. The quality is top notch! I like that they do not allow moisture to get through but are still breathable. I've been using these now for 4 months with no issues. The elastic on the waist and legs are tight, but not constrictive. The elastic also does not cut into my skin, which I've run into with other diaper covers. I also like that these covers also muffle some of the noise of a plastic backed diaper. These covers also do not trap any additional body heat, and wear very well when one is active or sleeping. I would recommend these covers for anyone looking for a discreet and effective diaper cover.

I wear these over night-weight prefold gauze or birdseye diapers during the day for OAB and occasional urge incontinence. They're comfortable, breathe somewhat and don't leak. They're a nice alternative to plastic pants when hiking or working outside, where perspiration can be a problem. They're almost as comfortable as Gary's Euroflex plastic pants.
