So glad I bought this again — the flavor is amazing!
It’s been a long time since I bought ghee, and I had honestly forgotten how good it tastes!I’ve been using it instead of butter lately — especially when I make omelets or sauté veggies — and it adds such a rich, nutty flavor that really elevates everything. The texture is smooth, it melts beautifully, and it doesn’t burn like regular butter. It’s also nice to know I’m using a more stable cooking fat that’s shelf-stable and lactose-free.If you’re looking for a flavorful and healthier alternative to butter or oils, I definitely recommend giving this ghee a try. I’m so happy I added it back into my kitchen!

Tasty- and I think I’ll buy other flavors too
I love ghee, and this is a delicious choice. I’ve only just bought more after a hiatus of years, so I’m still getting into the habit of using it and remembering how. Obviously, it’s perfect for Indian food, especially naan. I’ve used it for cooking just as I would use butter and have mixed it with olive oil mostly to see how it did and to get my healthy oils in.One thing I realized with my last jar is that I should keep it in a dark place and may start putting it in the fridge on very hot days. My previous jar didn’t go bad but faded and became less appetizing.

My only dairy for months
I was testing for food allergies, so I had to stop eating dairy for a few months. Ghee was the only dairy I was allowed to eat, but the ghee at my local stores were very expensive. I started ordering this on my subscribe and save, which made it more affordable for me, and I absolutely love the flavor. I find I need to use less of this than I would with butter, which makes it feel like a good quality product. I loved using it in baked goods, for cooking and to spread in my toast.

Smells and Tastes Delicious. Worth the Price.
I put this in my coffee. I react to milk proteins but I seem fine with this as the proteins are removed. It gives me the richness I miss with dairy. I will say that other ghees I've tried smelled a bit "off". This one smells and tastes delicious!

Ghee
Bought this to try and compare it to butter. I think this is good as an oil or butter substitute, but I think because I got the plain one there wasn't much flavor to it. I'll try one of the flavored ones for toast. It melted into a clear, thin layer, just like if we had put olive oil in the pan. It spreads super smooth right out of the jar. The only thing I will say is that because there's a three month use by date once opened I'd strongly recommend either writing down the date opened or the discard date on the lid in sharpie and make sure you use it by then. It's solid and came in a sealed jar. I do wish it was in a box though, not just in bubble wrap in with other purchases

Delicious
I absolutely love the taste of this ghee. Goes really well with bread and home-made arepas. It stays fresh and consistent as you need to keep it outside your fridge, plus it spreads super easy. Now to that point, quick advice, use small amounts until you get a hold on it, I used a lot on my first try and had enough for 3 other slices of bread.

Good stuff
First time using Ghee and I'll be using it from now on. Love the smoke point. I'm starting to use it to season my cast iron as well and so far it's working much better then olive oil. Will be buying again.

I was skeptical but now I absolutely love it.
This is my first time using Ghee and I did not know what to expect. I was so happy to taste it as it really does taste like butter but even better. I used it tonight to fry some fish in it and it was delicious. The texture of it is so nice and smooth. Since I am lactose intolerant I have been using plant butter but now this one will be what I am using instead as it taste fresh and just like butter but better for me.
