Q: Does this clear the hair or are tweezers needed every so often

I bought this item to replace my old philips nasal trimmer which stopped working . This version doesnt trim the nasal hairs anywhere as near as good as the older model, very dissapointed with it.

Q: Is this any good and is this or the Panasonic brand one better and last longer?

Philips has broken so purchased Panasonic which is just as good

Q: Is this suitable for women?

Yes this item is suitable for men and women. But personally I was a bit disappointed with this item. It pulled hairs out rather than cutting them. I expected more from a brand name.
