4.The working efficiency of the cyclone dust collector is between 70-95%. If the dust removal efficiency is to be improved, a filter can be added in front of the fan to achieve the required efficiency. It should be noted that after the filter is connected in series, the fan Power must be increased accordingly.
5.In order to ensure the normal use of the cyclone, the intake air volume of the suction port must be much larger than the dust content, and the minimum air intake amount must be greater than 70%, otherwise ash will occur. It is not allowed to bury the suction port in the ash. If it is done, there is no air in the dust collector pipeline or the air content is too small. The dust discharged from the fan can only be dust!
