Q: I received mine yesterday but they do not glow in the dark, I keep them in the box though so do they only glow in the dark outside of the box?

It looks like only certain parts of the figures glow in the dark (a shirt on one, the pants on another). With some glow in the dark items, they need to be exposed to light in order to be laminated in the dark.

Q: Are these full sized pops

Yes, they are the size of a regular Pop figure.
