Heating Patch

These definitely do work, you might need to wiggle them a little like a “hot hands” pack, because at first when I took it out it was cold but wiggling them activated it. They definitely do last for the full 8 hours. They’re also pretty sticky I switched 1 from front to lower back & it still sticks pretty well. They could be warmer in my opinion.

These are Amazing if you are working or on the go and need some heat relief or if you are in bed with cramps. I put them on top of a thin shirt or on top of underwear with some pants/shorts that are not too loose, to keep the heat patch in place. However I will say the patch is pretty small…my abdomen does not have any extra love fluff, they need to come out with a XL version so everyone can enjoy, and for the girls with a little extra meat. If you have any belly roll hang time I feel like the patch won’t work unfortunately.

I always have them on hand and an active subscription! Summary: I am in love with these heating patches! I first saw them recommended by a content creator that said the essential oils helped her cramps. I can attest to the fact that these help my cramps way more than the heating pads I have purchased from CVS/local drug stores. I prefer the small size over the large size because the rectangle shape better fits the area I need vs. the U shape of the large size. The adhesion wears off a few hours in so I have experienced these falling off my clothes. I recommend finding a couple pairs of shorts that work well and making sure those are clean when that time of the month arrives! The heat lasts for a few hours, which is very ideal. These have gotten me through some really tough days, especially the times where I can’t bear to leave the house but I have some sort of commitment that day. I stock up and make sure I always have these on hand!!

I’ve been testing out 10 different brands of heating packs since I have a cyst on one of my ovaries and heating packs help with the pain. This one is by far one of the worst ones. First, the size is smaller than most other ones. Second, I tested all 6 in the pack & with all of them the heat only lasted about 15 to 45 minutes before it started cooling down - so it wasn’t a case of just one bad one it was the entire pack. I ordered these and use them within a few days of ordering them so it’s not like they sat around and got old. Third, the temperature didn’t get warm at all compared to the other nine brands that I tested maybe if you run significantly cooler than the rest of the population, it might feel slightly warmer to you, but if you run slightly warmer than the rest of the population, you wouldn’t feel anything. It’s only slightly warmer than room temperature. My husband literally could not feel a difference at all. The only reason why I could feel the difference is because typically my fingers are ice cold. We even got out a temperature gun & tested the warmest one & the hottest that it got was 99.6°F. These were an absolute waste of money. These are also more expensive than the other 9 brands that I tested per heat pack. I would not recommend and I would not purchase it again.

This heating patch is incredible!! It’s easy to stick on to my clothes and it doesn’t interfere with me walking to and from places. It’s durable and flexible. My pain has been so low ever since I started using these. It’s not too thick but thick enough to make sure that I’m able to still move around.

I’ve been using these for a few years now since I discovered them. Off and on they’ve been sold at certain target stores, but now I’m only able to get them online. They get hot and last for much longer than advertised, like for 6-8 hours. They are NOT meant for skin. Here’s how I use them: You can put them on your undies or place them over a tank of cami. A tighter shirt as opposed to a looser one will help you feel the heat, if your shirt is too heat it’s not as close to your skin. I use one for my lower back and one for my stomach. I’ve always got bad cramps and pain so this has helped me tremendously. When it’s really bad I may press it more so against my stomach or adjust the way I’m laying on my back so it automatically presses more so against me. Starts to work in like 15 minutes, and I always shake them a little in my hands to “activate” them like I would for a hand warmer.

I like how this product is very soothing while you’re in your period. I buy this product all the time

The recent batch I got are super thin and do not heat up like other Rael patches I’ve used in the past. Mind you, I’ve ordered these patches many times! This is the second time I’ve received thin, ineffective patches. Super disappointed as these patches help me get through the day when I have my period.

This heating pad is amazing, it heats up well and keeps you warm, comfortable and pain free during your period, although if you exercise the adhesive gets not sticky and starts to fall off, then you will have to replace it, but overall I love this product. I wish it was a little more affordable though.

These heat patches are absolute life savers. My daughter uses them for menstrual cramps and loves them. They stay warm for 8+ hours and really help ease discomfort without any mess or fuss. They're easy to apply, stay in place, and provide just the right amount of heat. We’ve never been disappointed by anything from Rael—even their face masks are amazing. If you struggle with PMS pain, these are a must-have!
