Neither air nor water tight
If you want something water tight look something else. This thing is such a poor quality the water is leaking as if no lid.

Hard to find food grade buckets that fit.
Got these to fit 25 Litre Plastic Bucket with LID... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00ECVX1NQ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_shareBut does not fit not wide enough. Down to me not checking.Overall a good product but am now using car wash buckets that are well Leary.

Decent lid for a bucket, but it wasn't airtight or leakproof.

I'm sure the product is good - I just can't find a bucket without a ridge to fit the lid: so it's useless to me!

Easy to install and use! I am able to get the wheat out of the bucket way quicker this way!Size was perfect and the cost was worth it.So far no leaking and no smell.Very durable and should last me a long time!

Works like a charm - leakproof too for liquids!!
Really happy with this product. I was looking for a leakproof lid for a big Home Depot 5-gallon bucket to transport water to a campsite. I bought one of these and read some reviews saying that it's hard to put on the bucket. What I did was push down until one side until it snapped on, then I turned it upside down on the floor and sat on the underside of the bucket with focus on the edges until all the other sides snapped down. Took a minute or two. I had two buckets with these lids, filled them with water to the top, drove two hours with them in my trunk, and not a single leak.
