Deepest apologies, there has been a miscommunication, the app does the calculation for you. The app does all the calculations and does tell you what the difference is between the 2 temperature readings. Apologies for any confusion!

On the assumption your question contains a typo (300 BAR ??? = 3,351 PSI !) I'll assume you meant 300mbar. If this is the case, the answer is no, the device limit is +150mbar (+ve pressure) or -150mbar (vacuum) with a max (very short duration) overpressure rating of 500mbar.
