HP 24-inch All-in-One Desktop Computer, AMD Athlon Silver 3050U Processor, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Windows 10 Home (24-dd0010, White)

My mom was in need of a new computer very badly. Her old one was very slow and the graphics were not good at all. I've never used an all in one computer before, but I thought for the price, it wouldn't be horrible to try it. I could always return it. The set up was very easy and it is very easy to use as well as hooking up the printer to my moms computer. This computer is also more compact to space savers. I liked it so much I ended up buying one for myself and I love the built in camera for Zoom meetings and when not in use you have the option the close the camera with a sliding button which was something my mom loved because she is uneasy when it comes to anything with a built in camera. Also, the camera is not in a super high resolution, but it works for me since all I use it for is the Zoom Meetings for now. The microphone works great as well. Not sure how it would be for gaming. The only thing my mom and I play is Spider Solitaire and Solitaire. If any PC Gaming required, it may run slower. The computer ran slower for me when I was downloading what I needed on it but ran faster when it was finished downloading. I just got my computer Friday June 5th and my mom got hers like May 26th or 27th. We don't know how it is long term yet, but so far the beginning is very promising!

Great computer for all my needs. Set up with no issues, it runs smoothly with only a tiny bit of slowness due to my internet speed, graphics are nice and I can play the Sims perfectly.

This HP All in-one model is an awesome value at a surprisingly low price point if two things are acceptable: no touchscreen and the 8 GB main memory is shared with Graphics (so only 6 GB effective for programs). For my desk/office use, I only use mouse/keyboard so no issue for me. Boot-up/setup was easy and flawless, the performance boost from the 256 GB SSD drive is huge (if you are used to a "hard" disk drive), graphics are clear, and including a writable DVD drive is a nice plus. You "pop up" the webcam when needed, although the HP webcam quality is not the best. This system is TOTALLY quiet. Great choice.

After much research, I bought this computer for my partner, as she was getting frustrated with her 3-year old one. This one is a keeper. Is it the fastest machine in the world ... no; but on the other hand, it is not the slowest either. In fact, its speed is more than adequate. Is it a good "gaming" computer? Absolutely not! The graphics are "par excellence," and the sound from the front loaded speakers is much better than I expected. However, for $500 including 8 gigs of ram and a 256 gb SSD , I do not think that the value can be beat. It is very well constructed and solid, except for the DVD read/write drive. You must be gentle with it, but it works fine. We also appreciate the hidden, private, and covered camera and built-in microphone which becomes observable and usable only when you want to use it. We always had to put a covering over the camera and over the microphone port in all the other machines in our house hold including the smart TV's.

This is my first computer in 7 years. My laptop works well. but the keys are starting to pop off. I chose this All-in-One computer by HP for a couple of reasons. First reason was brand name. I have been an HP guy since the early 90's and as far as my experience has been with them, I can not find a complaint with their products, and the one time I did, They rectified it immediately. They have earned my trust. Second reason, this computer has more than enough memory for me, especially since I am in the habit of using external hard drives now. I have a 1TB EHD and a 2 TB EHD, and this computer comes with a TB itself. Third reason The 4 USB ports are sufficient especially since I also use a hub to give me added ports. Fourth reason has the HDMI and Ethernet connection. Wi-fi built in, and so far, this machine is fast. The base is a thick piece of wiring, which completely caught me off guard, and must say that I was pleasantly surprised with it. It is extremely sturdy. It has a DVD player built in, which for some reason, my laptop dvd player had stopped working, so this is a plus. Fifth reason, it's sleek design is beautiful. The white is almost a pure white, and it looks appealing to the eye. Same thing for the wired mouse and wired keyboard. Also, the keyboard is almost like a mechanical keyboard. The buttons almost have a click to them, so if you like that style of keyboard, this one won't disappoint. Finally, the speakers. The speakers are great. I bought desktop speakers with this computer, because I planned on using them to monitor some recordings, but the built in speakers perform just as good or better than the ones I bought. One more thing. The price I payed for this machine, I almost feel like I'm taking candy from a kid. I live on an extremely tight budget, bc I am a disabled man with heart conditions. But When I get my credit card balance low enough, I will definitely buy another one and give to my daughter, and then do it again and give it to my other daughter.

Very easy to set up as there were no wires to the printer, and to the screen, etc. Everything hooked right up and talked to each other. I did purchase an extra USB setup as I have many small items that only charge from a USB cord with no option for plugging in to an outlet. I would have loved a second screen but it does not have the ability to add a traditional plug in one, so I will have to wait and buy a wireless one down the road. Good speed. Hate all of the HP and Microsoft "you need this" because I like to keep my PC simple, but for the mean time I have let them have their way to monitor me to the end of the earth. I got this particular set up for the cost, and the fact that I really do not do "a lot" on my PC, no gaming etc. I can't stand laptops and I run an Etsy business so this is perfecto! With Windows 11 on the horizon my other PC was not compatible to it anyways. And if forced me to update items I had purchased long ago so my graphics programs, etc., are all in 2021 now - to the future - and beyond!

Convenient but graphic card very average.

So disappointed i bought this upto the information wrote in the description box and today i am selling it i am fully surprised that i paid for a totally different model and the money i paid was not worth the product and up to amazon policy on returning and refunding i cannot do anything about it

the desktop was not able to locate the wifi network and had to return the whole computer back to seller.
