longtime gohydrate faithful
We have been purchasing gohydrate for several years now, twice a month with a subscription. In my opinion these take the cake over Liquid IV or any other. The ingredients are short and simple, nor are they loaded with salt like others. The taste is refreshing, A++ ingredients / vitamins, great flavors! Our house favorites are fruit punch and cherry limeade. The only negative I can say is that for 2 people to drink 1 a day, we don't get a full months worth and for the price of them....it can get expensive...but at least I know I'm staying hydrated

Tastes just like water (little or no flavor)
Measured the water according to instructions and mixed it well. All we got was extremely watered down flavor. Should have stuck to plain water and saved ourselves some money by not trying this.
