When I purchased this book I didn’t realize that many of the blocks are paper/foundation pieced - only 14 out of 37 (removing the duplicate blocks) are NOT foundation. There is no accompanying CD or website from which to print out the templates, you’re kind of out of luck if you don’t have ready access to a copy machine. All of the half square triangle blocks even include these templates, so you’re out of luck on those too.Additionally, yes, the book technically features as many blocks as it states, but almost half of those blocks are repeats with the print/solid fabrics reversed, or a minor rotation of components, so it isn’t nearly as many as it seems.Were the returns process easier I would return it; as it is, I have a pretty book that I won’t be using.

This is a great book. I am finding it a bit difficult to photocopy the templates, they are too close to the spine of the book and distort on the copy. I was wondering if there is a place to download a pdf of the templates for those of us that have bought the book.

love the book. It provides a fresh approach. Easy to follow, makes you think of various ways you can position/make the blocks.

If you’re looking for a good reference on different quilt blocks look no more. This is well worth the money. Big book that has pictures and many projects.

Love this book it's one of the most interesting quilting books I've read. Has many quilt blocks that beginner can start using FQ,to make samples quilts, advance quilts can also benefit from using this book.
