Ok so 10 minutes in and this seems to be a premium product. The end result is flawless, almost like having no protector on at all. The touch experience is smooth, the only problem is the on-screen fingerprint detection which takes longer to register now. Certainly for unlocking, you have to keep your finger on the screen for a good 2 seconds whereas without it was instant. Providing bio info for apps seems better though. It's only a minor niggle. The provided instructions were clear and the kit easy to use. The provided frame guide for my OnePlus 8T was slightly too small and kept popping off but that was no problem, I only had to hold it down until I dropped the protector in place. Now for the bubbles. Like others have said you do end up with bubbles or patches that need rubbing clean and the only way seems to be to use the corner of a credit card wrapped in the polishing cloth and rubbing really hard. I ended up bending the corner of my card in the end I was putting so much pressure on but you really do need to disperse the bubbles or patches underneath until they fade away. 5 minutes elbow grease though and result is amazing. Happy so far and I have a spare just in case. There is an additional protector for the camera glass on the back too and also provided is a neat carbon fibre effect film for the entire back. I'm not sure how long this will last because it does wrap up the edges a little bit but it does afford additional protection and means you don't need a case. We'll see how long it lasts but it's good for now. (Edit. 4 days. It's too flimsy and the corners lifted. No real loss)

After I wasted so much money and time for the perfect screen protector that ticked all the boxes and seemed like a big waste of time...and it was a big waste of Time had I not have stumbled up this screen protector. No other one can compare to this. I bought this for my oneplus 8 pro as it has curved edges and an imbedded finger print reader as other protector's would either not let you use the finger print reader correctly and it would not sit properly on the edges...I'm sure we all had the same problem. This protector does it all. It is very easy to apply as it comes with a kit to secure the protector to the phone as you apply it without movement and it's put square on the face of your phone. That easy. Not only that there is a link to watch a video of how to apply it,and you get two protector's in the box with a skin for the back of your phone and.. yes and. .a small protector for my camera hump. Seriously,this is an amazing screen protector and worth every penny. I hope I explained this correctly because this protector is amazing value for money,let's the phone be a phone as it does not take away from the look of your phone except make it look even more slick as you won't even notice it when it's on. Don't look any further,this will be all you need. I bought one again for my son's phone and he was even impressed with it,and so will you. 100%.

I bought this protector after reading the reviews and watching a video of the installation process. The key features are the placement widget that fits into the charging port, the device to squeeze the film and the process of application from the centre. It requires some patience but it is possible to apply without bubbles. The quality of the film appears as good as the factory installed film. I did not have to reset my fingerprint for the sensor either - that continued to work perfectly. The only gripe I have is that my bumper case is pushing on the film slightly at the bottom. This is as likely to be my fault with installation. I suspect I had not fixed the widget well enough and the protector is slightly lower than it should be. Compared to other protectors I have used in the past on other phones, this was a breeze to install. Just give yourself 15 minutes and take your time when installing.

I have just made my second purchase of these screen protectors. They work so well. I've had the first one on well over a year and it still looked great barring a little ding or two to the protector, not my phone. Yesterday, I completely wiped out on the pavement, phone in hand. Checked it out after the fact and it was definitely in worse shape than I was. It was torn in multiple places, dirty, scratched, multiple tears along the edge, but not a scratch on my phone screen. I cannot recommend these enough. I brought more as I've now put the second provided cover on and don't want to be caught out in case I need another one! So easy to install as well. Cannot fault these at all, and after putting it through the paces yesterday, I can definitely recommend.

This is a great idea on how to help easily install. A great kit, clear instructions, and accessories that actually help you align and reduce error. These are the pro's of this kit. For me, purchasing for my OnePlus 8 Pro, I have been let down by using both on the subsequent lifting from edges. The first time went well, I followed instructions and found the installation a breeze. Then about a day later I noticed some of the edges were coming up in the corners in particular and on the curved side. I repeatedly found myself smoothing them down but they reappear in minutes. First time, I blamed myself and said I must not have cleaned those areas well enough. Thankfully, they provide 2 sheets. So I tried a second time. This time, I paid extra attention to cleaning with the wipe those areas thoroughly, drying with the supplied sloth and using the sticky dust remover all over. I followed the procedure exactly as stated (and I would add, I am fairly au fait with these sorts of things in general). It worked well, I really slicked down the edges as well, and it seemed to be stuck down. Great. A day later, the edges start to come up once again, despite being extra careful. As such, for me there is so much potential, but the adhesive lets it down, at least in my experience.

I ordered this screen protector at the same time as the phone, not realising one was pre-installed already. I noticed a scratch on my shiney new phone's screen but then realised it had a cheap flimsy and thin film which peeled away nicely to a beautifully clear scratch-free screen! What a relief! I went a few weeks, screen protector free, before finally getting around to installing this screen protector and the carbon fibre skin for the back of the handset. Installation was... Kind of strange. The screen protector is actually 2 halves, but once it's on, you really can't tell it's 2 pieces. I mean, seriously, can't tell! Strange as it sounds! The film covers the entire glass panel. You can't see it's there and you can only just slightly feel it on the sides. But, only slightly. There's no cut out for the hole punch camera, but I'm really ok with that as it's giving the camera some protection and it's very clear anyway. Finger print reader works just as it did with no screen protector; absolutely no issues there whatsoever. My OnePlus 8 Pro is still super responsive! As for the protectors toughness; I wouldn't go throwing the phone against a wall or dropping it from a height, but it should certainly stand up to everyday use. As for the rear of the phone; I did end up putting the lens protector on the camera module, just to see it it was any good. It's nicely fitted and I haven't noticed any dip in image quality, so I'll be keeping it on there. Now for the added carbon fibre skin... I saw one review stating it was white and really ugly. However, that person obviously didn't realise the skin peels away from its "white" holder and is then fitted to the rear of the handset just as a screen protector is fitted. The carbon fibre skin is transparent! Not white! Not black! It's transparent and slightly textured so you can still show off that beautiful glacier green (in my case, anyway) colour! So, all in all, I'm really happy with this purchase. I very rarely leave reviews but actually wanted to with this. I'm still, right now ,trying to see and feel the line joining the 2 pieces of protector in the screen but can't! I'm really surprised! I managed to fit it first time around, even though I got a little lost halfway through (when I found it was 2 pieces). There is a spare protector, if you need, but follow the instructions and you'll be fine! I hope this helps people! Love my OnePlus!

This screen protector has a major manufacing flaw which prevents it from getting a bubble-free installation! First, I am an experienced user and since the last 10 years, I have applied screen protectors countless times to my own devices and to other people's devices . Second, the alignment tool in this product is amazing and it allows to get a perfect alignment very easily every time, however that's where the good things end becouse getting a bubble-free installation was impossible in my case! The problem is apparently in the adhesive of the film as it's not strong enough to stick on the screen because in the last step when peeling the protective layer, the film always comes off very easily on the edges! This allows the air to come under the film and always resulting in bubbles on the edges and on the curved area of the screen! I was extremely careful during the installation and already spent 2 hours wasting 4 screen protectors with the exact same result, so i am 100% sure it's not a user error!

This is a long review but this fantastic product has earned it. overall much MUCH easier to apply than you'd think. It also comes with a stylish back cover and handy back lens protector. Very satisfied. The back protector isn't quite as easy to line up as the front protector but is also more forgiving and can be reapplied a couple times to get it just right. Due to the Oneplus 8 pro now being an older model - previous complete protection cases are no longer being sold by the companies I was buying from. I NEEDED a screen protector. This process can be completed in as little as 10-15 minutes (read the instructions clearly and inspect all of the accessories before you start) but once I had done that it was a piece of cake. Do it in a room with good lighting on a clean surface where you can inspect the phone from all angles for dust BEFORE starting. This because the most important part is ensuring your screen is dust free prior to adhesion. The dust stickers they provide are the most useful part in my opinion and provide a very good method for getting those micro particles off prior to adhesion. The additional tools (squeegee and plug in line-up tool) are fantastic and really intuitive. No complaints whatsoever.
