had to buy this and the helmet portion separately because of the COVID stuff for work. I work in healthcare, need in procedure. The shield is perfeclty clear, does not distort, and doesn't cover the ears as much as other shields I have seen...so easy to communicate with my coworkers while in procedure. I've had many doctors comment on it and ask where I got it. Worth the price!

When compared to the cheap shields the company provides, these are the cats meow. With just moderate care these should last at least a year.

These folks and Uvex make the best face shields on the planet. Period.These are better in the heat and offer some flip down shade(mine is #8), which I use a lot for assembly/tack/plasma(here come the safety Nazis---lol) With a buffer and white rouge you can de-scratch the clear several times before replacing it. The Sellstrom face-shield head-gear unit that takes these shield replacements is the best and most comfortable face shield I've ever used, so I had to buy a few replacement shields just to make sure I would be able to use it into the future.

Much handier to have than the cheap throwaway lenses….glad replacements were available for the original set….even if they do last months on end.
