Unsweetened

This is a nice milk substitute. It doesn't taste exactly like milk but is fairly close (most similar to a 0.5% dairy milk), and certainly isn't bad-tasting and I got used to it fairly quickly. I use this both for cereal and to make lattes, cortados, etc. It steams and froths quite nicely. I like that it doesn't spoil (at least not within a long period of time). The nutritional data is also of course the main reason I buy this... high in protein, low in saturated fat, using heart-healthy canola oil, and with no added sugar or sweeteners.

This milk is wonderful for folks diagnosed with diabetes or pre-existing diabetes. It tastes the closest to milk of all the milk substitutes (oat, soy, coconut, almond, etc.) and does not raise my blood sugar. Now I can enjoy my latte and cereal without affecting my blood sugar. How do I know? I wear a Continuous Glucose Monitor and can see no rise in my blood sugar if I drink a latte with this milk and add no sugar or syrup. I can also use it with high-protein, low-carb cereals with little or no effect.

Love my sprout . Just turn my landlord into this milk , they love it . Today’s delivery was a little disappointing. Although the milk box comes inside another box , the box came beat up . The cartons of milk are so mushy. I’m not sure what happened, if it was just bounced around in delivery. But not happy with how the milk got here . It looks as if maybe it fell several times before getting to arriving . This is my favorite milk .

This one has a nice consistency if you shake well, doesn't taste like water as many alternative milks do - especially trader joe's ones, and is shelf-stable (even harder to get to taste good). I like the flavor which stays in the background/doesn't overpower. This is the only one I get now even though it is more expensive - I find it is worth it.

One of the closest to milk in consistency and taste. I did have some stomach issues a few times that seemed to coordinate with the times I drank this milk. It was very good though. So good that I'll probably order again and see if it was the cause of the stomach issues. I hope im wrong and will report back if I am!

SO THANKFUL I CAN BUY THIS IN THE U.S.! Tried this product in Sweden and fell in love! I worried that it wouldn’t be available in the states, but I’m so happy to report that I found it and will definitely be re-purchasing. Such a neutral, great-tasting milk alternative.

The last three shipments of Unsweetened Sproud have had at least 1-2 of 6 cartons develop a bad smell one day after opening and being properly refrigerated. The latest one is 3 for 3 that are bad and I have not yet gotten to the rest. My wife describes the smell as wet dog while I think it smells like some sort of cleaning fluid similar to bleach. Prior to this I have loved the product and have been using it for more than a year without any problems. The latest batch also has way more solids than I have ever seen before in this product. Will not be buying anymore from here and bummed because it was so good before this problem developed. These are not expired and were promptly refrigerated after opening. Baby is allergic to milk products. Not only does she love this but so do I!! It seems to be healthier than milk and tastes amazing!! We use in our coffee, to make golden milk, smoothies, to cook with, etc! The taste is way better than any other alternative too!! Great self life, before opening.

Enrichie, c'est un excellent choix ! Le lait de pois contient 50% plus de calcium que le lait de vache et procure plus de protéines que les autres alternatives sans lactose. C'est le seul lait végétal que je consomme dans les smoothies, les recettes....

This is the best plant-based milk, in my opinion! It tastes like the closest thing to real milk, no nutty aftertaste, no other tastes that could affect baking or cooking. I use this in everything!

Best substitute for standard dairy. Very creamy texture - enough so that I actually water it down a little bit before drinking. Remember to shake well before pouring!

These are very good for non-dairy alternative but they’re quite expensive but good Keep around you can’t get to the store.

This is my go to as I'm lactose intolerant. This is the only milk that's not milk, but actually tastes like it. I add maple syrup to sweeten slightly. It literally replaces the milk in my pudding, my coffee and my baking or cooking. It also has a long shelf life which does not have to be in the fridge. Buy it, you won't regret it.
