Quick Sense(Qs-07): 360` Ceiling-Mount PIR Motion Sensor Switch with LUX Sensor inbuilt Energy Saving Sensor,LUX Adjustment, Time Adjustment,Automatic Sensor 220V

I bought it for Rs 506/- and following are my observations.PROS:👍 Easy time settings ranges from 10 seconds to 7 minutes. I have set it just above minimum level so light goes off after about 30 seconds from the last detected movement.👍 Motion sensor detects the motion well. I have installed it in a small space (2*2m) at the entrance lobby and the complete area is covered. Claims to have a range of 4 by 6 metres.👍 Comes with LUX settings also though if you put it at at the minimum level (dark) then the sensor will work only if the light is less than 3LUX. I have put it at the maximum level (day) so the sensor will switch the light on as soon as it detects motion irrespective of the day light.👍 Installation process is fairly simple.CONS:👎 Does not detect small motions. Like for me but does not detect motion when I am sitting at the entrance lobby tying shoelaces, however it detects larger motions like lifting of foot to put the shoe on.=======VERDICT=======The entrance lobby to my house is dark so this sensor is doing the job of illuminating the place as soon as I enter so I don't have to search for the switch every time. Will update the review in case there is any issue with the durability of the sensor

Well this is what I feel about QUICK SENSE 220 V 360 Degree light sensor.Great product. It was easy to install and has been working very effectively since then. The installation has been done in the kitchen and washroom and it effectively turns on the light as we enter in and keeps it on as long as there is motion. The light is tuned off automatically after about 2 mins which we can set as per our choice. We are not using the daylight sensor.Wiring was very easy. We were able to fix this next to the light holder and ensured that the wires running between light holder and this unit aren't easily visible.In starting got some issue while fixing, so I emailed the seller, he was very helpful in describing in detail about the issue I faced and it worked. Thumbs up to seller for that.There are several other options available but other products have substandard quality. This one is strongly built and is made to live long. Very satisfied with its quality.

Since this device is Wall Mount, it has to be fitted either on the Wall or on Ceiling, as done by me. After putting a huge effort into installing, wiring and fitting, the device lasted exactly 3 weeks.After I went to their website quicksense.in, I found their support services, who promptly agreed to replace the product. I received the replacement yesterday and re-fitted the same, it works perfectly as desired. Hopefully it will last much longer this time. Will keep you posted here on the progress

Take bought 2 of them and have installed in bathroom and living room. Plan to buy a few more sensors for other places like kitchen. Earlier had bought bulbs with embedded motion sensors. The experience was not that great.The circuit is easy. Two wires from the load (light in my case) go to Red and Blue ports. Two wires from the power source go to Blue and brown. (Blue is connected to both the power source and load.) That's it. It comes with 2 screws to attach to ceiling, I used 3M's two-sided tapes and it holding up fine till now.I guess the basic unit is from China but the final brand name printing is dome here Whatever. I am very happy until now.Four photos:1. Battery operated one that I had for the bathroom.2. One in the living room. (range about 15-20 feet)3. One in the bathroom (photo from outside)4.Lights on in the bathroom just after entering the bathroom (range about 10-15 ft.)It does not seem to cover a very wide range which may be a bad thing but satisfactory for my purpose.

I have temporarily installed motion sensor in my wash room to test it. It's temporary installation because I am still renting right now and am waiting to move into my new home in two to three months from now where I will install permanently.Because it's a temporary setup, the positioning of the sensor is not good and so I have to wave my hand for it to sense me when I have entered the washroom. Other wise the motion detection is pristine right now. I didn't yet remove the protections cover on the detector yet.And once I have left the washroom, it will take slightly more than 1 minute to switch off the lights even though the delay is set for just 10 secs...Considering that sometimes my wife will forget to turn off the light for hours together, I am sure even one minute delay will save me a lot of money in just 1 years time. I will update once I make it a permanent installation.Leo.

I installed 5 of these PIR in our staircase which is usually dark with varying degrees of daylight at different times of day. So I had to set luminescent setting (sun and moon in the device) to work properly. Will it detect all motions during all the time? No, it works only if the settings in PIR match the device 100% of time, during other times it might be either slow to react or not work at all.So it works best for locations with same of of light all the time like dark room to control light.I find the sensor works well even in odd spaces like staircase and my settings are at darker side, so the sensor works well at night and not so well at daytime as some ambient light does fall in staircase depending on the floor.Also I found this roof mount works well only on the roof, if you mount on wall it's range is limited.I don't know how it works on high ceilings and how far it can detect, as my usecase is only for staircase.

Waste of money. 3 out of 5 stopped working within a week. Seller doesn't respond to replacement request. Amazon delivery is best but the product & seller attitude is worst.
