Q: what is expiration date?

Spices don't actually spoil but as a general rule, whole spices will stay fresh for about 4 years, ground spices for about 3 to 4 years and dried leafy herbs for 1 to 3 years. Lots in this lot are salts so no expiry on those really. Hope this helps

Q: What is the Experation date on your current incernory?

Hi there, we have 2 batches in inventory at the moment. The earliest expiration date on the current inventory is 31 July 2021 (the Sage herb only), the rest of the spices and herbs are best before 31 October 2021. There is also a later batch that expires 30 Nov 2021. You may get this batch if it is in your closest Amazon FBA warehouse. I hope this answers your question sufficiently. We do not irradiate our herbs & spices to ensure freshness and flavor retention, hence the expiration times being less than other spice brands. Sincerely, Nick
