I received balance Disc as free for BalanceFrom Exercise Mat. Which is a awesome product and very good for back pain. We can sit long time on the disc without having any stress. I read so many reviews of other exercise mats that were cheaply made, had strange smells, were too thin, etc. and I finally came across the BalanceFrom Exercise Matt and am so glad I ordered it! Not too thin or too thick just right!. Durable material, no smell and came with a carrier wrap and a knee pad. I have recommended this mat to my friends. Best find in regard to quality and price for an exercise/yoga mat on Amazon!

Comfortable and good quality.

What a great Yoga Mat! I love the thickness of it. But it’s not to thick to feel the floor on the ground when your doing yoga poses. I especially love the knee mat for extra protection for my super sensitive knees. Love the color purple.

Does what it's supposed to do nice and thick and I got that little extra piece so good value in my humble opinion. I only wish the ties were attached instead of like just a separate nylon strap

This is my first personal yoga mat, and I am very satisfied the foam really supports my back for exercises like hip thrust, and sit-ups it also supports my knees and hands and it helps with balance. Yesterday I was doing planks, and my palms were red when I was was finished so it really helps that I have this now to support my hands

I love how thick this mat is and the additional knee pad is perfect for me and my sensitive knees. It also comes with a carrier strap and that is nice to have included.

Ik wou een eigen pilatesmat aankopen omdat ik niet meer de gemeenschappelijke in de studio wou gebruiken. Ik ben doelbewust op zoek gegaan naar een extra dikke mat en deze sprak mij aan omdat hij van zichzelf al dik was, maar er ook een extra dik stuk bij was voor de polsen of knieën. Het is degelijk materiaal dat stabiel en comfortabel is, maar beide stukken waren spijtig genoeg maar 1cm dik idpv de 1,27cm en 1,9cm.

I was worried that this mat would slip due to the thickness of it but it doesn't slip at all! It provides plenty of cushion without being too soft so there are no issues with balancing on it. The knee pad is a wonderful added bonus for exercises like lunges. A convenient carry strap is also included. Great product for a great price!

as advertised. i use it for pilates, etc. the extra knee mat seems a bit useless. carry handle/ velcro tie is helpful. i'd buy it again
