WAY TOO BIG!!!
These would have been decent socks if they fit properly. I wear size 10 shoes and my feet were swimming in them. I checked the bag to make sure they sent the correct size and it said they fit shoe sizes 6-12, so I should have been okay. However, the heel of the sock was sitting on my calf just above my achilles tendon. That's not just a little big, that's WAY TOO big. I guess I'll just buy from my local Target/Walmart/Kohl's again. :(

Even at this low price, I didn't get what I paid for
I guess this is the dark side of buying on Amazon. You can't feel it first. These are very thin. They'll keep your skin from coming into direct contact with your shoe's interior, and people will definitely know you're being civilized by wearing socks, but that's about as far as it goes.I bought these to replace some very old socks that I have that are getting thin. They're still thicker than these. About the only improvement is that the elastic is more robust than my old socks, but I have to wonder if that will last past a couple of washings. Well, these should tide me over until I find a local sale on socks with better padding.

Pretty good but - see review
Pro's - Priced right, good quality and fitCon's - I take a 10 1/2 shoe size. These are for 10 to 13. Although they fit my foot just fine, the heel patch rises 1 inch above my heel.

The ace of Chicano get up!
My son turned 14 yesterday and it seems that he's influenced by his contemporaries when it comes to fashion. I got this set for him so that he's daily Chicano get up look more decent. thanks Hanes!

Immortal Socks
These socks never wear out. I have been wearing and washing some older pairs for more than 10 years.

Ignore reviews posted prior to 2015, the current socks are not the same as they had been for decades. Since roughly late 2014 (maybe a little earlier) these socks were changed. They are thinner, scratchier and not very soft at all. I've been wearing Hanes socks since childhood and I am in my mid thirties. Hanes messed it up - my best guess is that they cut their cotton use because cotton prices spiked several years ago to an all time high. I will not buy these socks until the quality returns.

I've been purchasing Hanes socks for my husband for many years. These are NOT the same quality that we've come to expect. Thin material that is very rough feeling, even after washing them.
