I have been using Neutrogena lip moisturizer for many years and have always applied it by itself. I think it is the best lip moisturizer around.

Q: Why is this so expensive? I have bought for much less on Amazon in the past.

This version sadly is no longer being made. Likely the reason why this is now so expensive. Supply and demand.
