Works great for my sleeping problems.I turn on the TV, never something interesting. Next thing. I'm waking up in the morning.Music, Alexa reading to me, etc... doesn't work for me. A OK show that stops my mind from going on and on and on ....I've tried many different meds, even prescription.This medication is my answer to my sleeping problems. Give it a try it may or may not work for you. I do get a horrible taste after swallowing and heart burn. I just take something for these problem. Taste just eat something, i.e. a cookie maybe. Small price to pay to finally getting sleep.I hope you find what works for you.I truly understand

I’m a Senior with food sensitivity issues, bad knees, and a majorly stressed out spouse who dumps on me for his relief. No, he doesn’t reciprocate. I’m on my second box/bottle of this Natrol product and it helps. It smooths the razors edge, doesn’t fog my mind, doesn’t leave me groggy in the morning if I take 1 the night before.

Been taking for almost 1 month. Seems to help calm me, I don’t seem to be as irritable. I don’t notice it to make me tired. Will continue for another month and see if I notice more of a difference.

Ok people in case you didn't know anxiety is not just panick attacks, it can also show as you having a short fuse and you could easily get upset about anything, and I didn't know I had anxiety I just thought I was "too strong character " but when I realized it was anxiety my Dr. Recommend a low dose of a prescription med for depression and I said HECK NO!! LOL just so you know psych meds are addictive and if you miss several doses then you have to double those doses and before you know it you will be feeling worst, so I came across this supplement tried it and honestly it makes me feel more calm and the things that used to bother me a lot,don't anymore, this product worked for me and it might work for you but if it doesn't then you might really need to see your doctor because you defenetly don't need the bad consequences of anxiety, but it worked for me and I feel like a much cooler dude.

Took this and about 30 minutes later started having severe epigastric pain to the point where I thought would pass out along with flushing which lasted 45 min. Maybe you don’t have the side effect with this, but be cautious when taking. Immediately dumped out all pills and threw away.

I received a 5 inch bottle with about a 1 inch of pills. The bottle was filled with cotton. The bills worked ok but I would not recommend or reorder.

Very effective in my daily vitamin regime. No side effects. I can’t put my finger on the science on how this works, but it offers me a peaceful calm I don’t have when I skip a day. I am less “snippy”, less anxious and less frustrated with my kids (and spouse) when I take it.

Very relaxing but not sleepy.
