Received my RKM Rikomagic Mk902ii Quad Core Android 4.2 Mini Pc direct from CHINA, today. It took them less time to get it to me than MANY US vendors - do not be put off by "direct from China" shipping :).It took me about 2 hours from "out of box" to running like a daemon with my freeware Serviio dlna server :). The Mk902ii booted up RIGHT out of the box in 15 minutes... the rest was me fooling with the network.The Mk902ii comes pre-installed with KODI (XBMC). KODI install is the latest and greatest. The added "Plugins" are dirt - I intend to de-install all of mine. This is a KODI issue, not an Mk902ii issue- MOST KODI plugins are dirt, break regularly, and fail to perform well.Where the Mk902ii shines is as a dlna client with Serviio. One central computer, running Serviio, can distribute media throughout your home. And this little hockey-puck works with it PERFECTLY - over wireless, or a hard Ethernet connection.

This thing is incredible. It is vented on the sides and bottom, so it must be raised up off the table, stand, or entertainment center to prevent overheating. I have mine sitting on 4 stacks of pennies. There is so much programming available, its overwhelming. The best part is watching whatever you want, whenever you want. And TV re-runs have NO COMMERCIALS! No monthly bill! This thing is the best.

Seems like a nice little piece, unfortunately it can't handle/ isn't a registered device for use with DRM, so I can't view one of the play services I planned to use it for (in Sweden). Hoping to find a solution for it.

I like it but it uses lot of interrnet to stream plus you need good speed coming in anything less than 15mbps it will stop and go .
