I have been taking BOOST FOR A FEW YEARS NOW. It is a great product. I buy the FIBER HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE 20g PROTEIN. I recommend it to my friends. I also recommend it to anyone who is up in age. I am 88 years. But I started taking BOOST when I was 75. A friend recommended it to me. I have tried other brands but did not like the taste. I just wanted to see how other brands were. So I went back to BOOST. It has a great taste.

Boost uses 8 oz plastic bottles that i like. They will fit low spaces in ur frig that you likely wudnt use. Good taste. Good food balance.

I like this product as an early morning starter. It’s loaded with vitamins and protein, has little fat and sugar, and has a smoother taste than the chalkier popular brands of similar products. I buy chocolate.

This is not a meal in one, but my doctor recommended it for me at a time that I was not eating well. I feel like it adds nutrition to my diet, and I enjoy the taste, but I have also returned to enjoying my meals so I use it less frequently. Nevertheless, when I am running short of time I use it as a stop gap until I can get back to my normal meals. e.g. I get up too late to shower, dress and fix breakfast before a morning appointment. They I grab one and go.

I order this product frequently since I have a rather low protein diet naturally. This is the only ready made protein drink I can stomach. On days when I need to grab something quickly to get that extra "boost", this works great! The taste is actually chocolate and not chalky and it fills me up. I prefer to keep it in the fridge to get a thicker consistency, but room temperature still tastes good. I definitely recommend if you need a little something extra in your diet.

Great taste, very chocolaty, my son is 6yrs old and Autistic, he doesn’t exactly eat so he has to make up for nutrition somehow, wish it could cost a bit less or have 30 of them instead of 24, the consistency is thick

I came on board when the Boost Rich Chocolate Extra Protein (Green Bottle) came out years ago, it seems! I use it in place of one of my snacks, or sometimes when I am not really hungry, for lunch. Great Vitamins and Protein. This is a satisfying, perfectly smooth chocolate drink! I do not think the flavor could be better. 1. BIG NEW TIP: The new white bottle caps seem difficult to remove. The answer - use the bottom of a t-shirt to twist the lid from the bottle. It gives you the perfect grip. Be sure to keep the bottle vertical so it does not spill. Do not stop until you’ve twisted it three-four big times. Simple! 2. The thick cardboard box protects the drinks better than the thin boxes when shipping, and they are not jostled. There are still a few small dents in the medium plastic, but it never changes the flavor or causes leaks. I always buy the box of 24 single servings.
