I don't see anything when I search for B00GW2OGHI or Slique Cassette. Where do I buy the refill? If there is no refill then I might as well return this whole thing.

based on customer feedback, we re-launched an old refill product. 3 cassettes of 5 Threads each. It can be found at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005OIFKFI This uses much stronger threads that last longer.

Q: Why does it state "eyebrow" in title listing? when in the actual manual it clearly states do not use on eyebrows.

You can safely user it on the upper-side of the eyebrow as well as the sides of the eyebrow where most threading is done. On the underside it requires a more trained hand due to the thinness of the skin.
