These are favorite canned chiles. Mild with excellent flavor. I put them omelets, quesadillas and much more.

I'm always adapting my mother's chili recipe to see if I can improve on it or make it more economical. This time I tried using ground chicken and added a drained can of these fire roasted diced green chiles. The chili was delicious. I will keep cans of these on hand for more meals to make them a little spicier. You might also enjoy these when making enchiladas. They can also be added to soups! They are what i expected. Price isn't to bad either. They can day early.

I used it a Tamale pie. And other things. It's great in a ham and cheese omelette. It's a great addition to salsas. It's worth the price because its a necessary ingredient for Mexican food dishes.

This is excellent. So much nicer than dried chillies.
